John works directly with each client to ensure each and every identified issue is resolved or explained prior to ending a visit or remote session. Should problems arise afterwards (that are directly related to the work done during the support session), John will remedy the problem free of charge via remote session, or, if necessary, by returning to your home.
My goal is to support you less and less as your computer problems are identified and resolved. Every fix or adjustment that I make will be shared with you so that you are able to address similar issues in the future without any technical support!
